At Little Wings Foundation, we understand that childcare is just one part of the puzzle. Many of the families we serve are facing complex challenges. From homelessness and unemployment to trauma and systemic barriers. That’s why we offer personalized case management services, to walk alongside each family with compassion, structure, and purpose.

Every family enrolled at Little Wings receives a custom care plan, created through an intake assessment and guided by their goals. We don’t tell families what they need; we walk beside them and help them get there. Our case managers check in regularly, advocate fiercely, and celebrate every milestone, whether it’s moving into an apartment, getting a new job, or simply feeling safe for the first time in a long time.
