Our Projected Impact
“When a child has a safe place to grow, a family has the chance to thrive.”
Little Wings Foundation Impact
At Little Wings Foundation, our impact begins with early childhood care, but it doesn’t end there.
We’re creating lasting change by supporting both the child and the family. We serve children 6 months to 12 years through a trauma-informed model focused on stability, love, and opportunity. From daycare to housing support, we walk alongside families on their path to independence and growth. With every child we care for and every parent we empower, we break barriers, and build brighter futures.

How We Measure Impact 2026-2027
Housing Stability
Parent Employment & Education
Connection to Resources
Child Development Milestones
We follow each family’s journey toward permanent housing, working closely with partners and support systems to help them move from crisis to stability. We measure how many families secure housing during or after receiving our care.
Through flexible daycare hours and direct case management, we support parents in applying for jobs, enrolling in school, and gaining financial independence. We track job placements, interview completions, and school enrollments tied to our services.
Every child deserves the chance to grow emotionally, socially, and cognitively. We monitor developmental progress through age-appropriate play, behavior tracking, and feedback from caregivers, ensuring each child is thriving.
We bridge families to services that matter: medical care, mental health, transportation, clothing, hygiene, food programs, and beyond. We document the number of referrals and follow-throughs to ensure no family falls through the cracks.
